Cancellation / Returns Document

If you have ordered by telephone or internet, under the Distance Selling Regulations (DSRs), you have a statutory right to cancel your order and receive a full refund for any delivered item.  This does not apply to items personalised or made to your specification such as boiler tubes or special order boiler door joints; items that due to their nature cannot be returned; perishable goods etc.

To cancel, you can Email info@seddonandblack.co.uk or call either 07854 2661 or 07595 466252 or write to us (see contact us for details) within seven working days (so not including Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays) commencing the day after the day of delivery of your item(s), quoting your order number. You must take reasonable care of the item(s).  If cancellation is arranged by phone, we ask that a confirmation email or letter be sent to confirm.
 
Item(s) may be returned in person to the Seddon & Black Consumables offices or delivered by post/courier at the expense of the customer.  
 
You may cancel an order for services in the same way, within seven working days (so not including Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays) of the date of purchase, unless the services begins sooner.
