• Seddon and Black cannot guarantee 100% availability of all products from stock.
• Deliveries are usually made within three working days of order throughout the UK. If your order is not stocked or is unavailable for immediate despatch, we will call you giving you a date when the goods will be available.
• Please inspect your goods immediately on delivery; no claims with regard to damage items can be made after our courier has left the delivery address, unless signed for as damaged on delivery
• Prices may be subject to change without notice

1. Title to any Goods supplied by Seddon and Black LLP and / or any associated companies shall remain vested in Seddon and Black LLP and shall not pass to the Buyer until the purchase price for the Goods has been paid in full and received by Seddon and Black LLP.

Until title to the Goods passes:
  1. Seddon and Black LLP shall have authority to retake, sell or otherwise deal with and/or dispose of all or any part of the Goods;
  2. Seddon and Black LLP and its agents and employees shall be entitled at any time and without the need to give notice enter upon any property upon which the Goods or any part are stored, or upon which Seddon and Black LLP reasonably believes them to be kept;
  3. the Buyer shall store or mark the Goods in a manner reasonably satisfactory to Seddon and Black LLP indicating that title to the Goods remains vested in Seddon and Black LLP; and
  4. the Buyer shall insure the Goods to their full replacement value, and arrange for Seddon and Black LLP to be noted on the policy of insurance as the loss payee.
 
2. Irrespective of whether title to the Goods remains vested in Seddon and Black LLP, risk in the Goods shall pass to the Buyer upon delivery.
