Externally armoured and internally reinforced Traction Engine Water Lifter Suction Hose, specially manufactured for the scale model engine market - the crucial accessory for any steam vehicle.
Seddon and Black have secured agreement with Richard Redfern of JF Hose to commence production of authentic hand made, water lifter suction hose to an extremely high quality. 
 
These hoses are available in both 1" and 3/4" nominal bore, 12 foot lengths.
 
For those who are concerned about their paintwork, we can supply the same high quality hose with the external wiring coated in clear plastic, without the external wire or with bespoke leather protectors and retaining straps (with brass fittings), hand-made in Great Britain by our professional saddler.  Please contact us for details.
